Squeezing the handles together on this tea tong will open the mesh ball, allowing you to put tea leaves or herbs into the ball.  Release the handle and the ball halves close.  Pour hot water over the tong and steep.  Remove and squeeze the handles together again to dump out the spent tea leaves or herbs.  Fill the ball only about half full to allow leaves to expand during brewing.  Made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel for durability and a long life.  Dishwasher safe.  Ball measures 1-3/4" in diameter.
